Privacy Policy

Your Local Design (MMC Worldwide Services Pty Ltd, ABN 64 660 373 624) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it. It is written to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send the quote form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, business name, business type, the package you are interested in, any websites you tell us you like, and your message. Our form provider also records the time of submission and your IP address for spam control.

We do not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and delivered to our email, which is hosted by third-party email providers. To reply quickly, we use an AI writing assistant that reads new enquiries and prepares a summary and a draft reply for us; a person reads every enquiry and decides what is sent, and nothing is sent automatically. These providers may store data outside Australia. We only work with providers that publish their own privacy and security commitments, and we do not allow any of them to use your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not proceed with are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for the period Australian tax law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@yourlocaldesign.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
