The short version

What a personal trainer's website needs

A personal trainer's website in Australia does the nervous first conversation for you. Someone searching for a trainer wants to see who you are, how a first session works and roughly what it costs before they send a message. A short, human introduction with a real photo matters more here than in any other trade. The page should explain the first session step by step, list session locations and times, and describe the training styles offered in plain words. Showing prices is a personal choice: trainers who publish them get fewer enquiries, but better-fitting ones. A low-pressure enquiry form, or a link to a booking calendar, keeps the next step small and easy to take. Testimonials can appear only if they are real and the client has agreed to be quoted, and results should never be promised.

What goes on the page

What we put on a personal trainer's site

  • A short, human introduction with a real photo
  • How a first session works, step by step
  • Prices or packages, if you are happy to show them
  • Session locations and times
  • A low-pressure enquiry form

Every one of these is included in the Launch package at $1,490 inc. GST, live within 5 business days of receiving your content. Need separate pages for different services? That is Grow.

The sites we run and build, so you can judge the work, not the pitch.

Two of these are businesses we run ourselves; one is a client. Every one was designed, written and put live the same way yours would be.

06 FAQ

Questions from personal trainers

Should I put prices on the site?

It is your call. Trainers who show prices get fewer enquiries but better-fitting ones. We can show packages without prices if you prefer.

Can you add client testimonials?

Yes, as long as they are real and the client agrees to be quoted. We will not write them for you.

How much does a personal trainer website cost?

Launch is a fixed $1,490 inc. GST for a one-page site with your introduction, how sessions work and an enquiry form. Grow is $2,490 for separate pages for programs or locations.

Can you link my booking calendar?

Yes. We link to the calendar or app you already use, so bookings stay in one place.

What do you actually need from me?

Your business name, what you do, the suburbs you cover, your contact details, a logo if you have one, and some photos. If you do not have words for the site, tell us about the business in a few sentences and we write it from there.

How long does it take?

Launch sites usually go live within 5 business days of receiving your content and deposit, Grow sites within 10. The slowest part is almost always waiting for photos, so send them early.
